We are confident that all of our products will meet your satisfaction, as they are held to the highest of standards. At this time, we offer a 30-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of the products, simply return the unused portion within 30 days. Interested in an exchange, simply reach out to our customer service within the 30 day time period, we address these on a case-by-case basis. For all returns, refunds, and exchanges, shipping costs are not included and a 10% handling fee may apply.

At this time, we do not offer a refund policy, and all sales are considered final for our Raw Ingredients sold through our website, Alibaba, custom orders, and other 'mini-sites.' DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through our support email, support@solida-labs.com. We do not expect there to be any issues. However, if your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
