Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations from our Eugene Warehouse in Oregon. Shipping times depend on your location.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an error in the address you provide.

There are some locations that may not accept CBD shipments. Therefore, we advise you to do your due diligence before payment on the ability of your shipping location to receive your package. Once we receive payment and provide a tracking number, the total amount paid will be non-refundable for any issues related to shipping and receiving.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties, Customs fees, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Solida Labs Inc. is not responsible for these charges if applied and is your responsibility as the customer.
- Please be aware; there are some locations that may not accept CBD shipments. - Attention Brokers: In our experience, Customs will not release any package that does not have 100% complete and accurate recipient data. As an example, blending the client's mailing address with the broker's name will result in a siezed product by Customs. In these cases, Solida Labs will not consider any refund or additional product sent.
